Navratri day 7 – Goddess Kalratri Navratri Day 7 Pooja Procedure 2016:On the seventh day of Navratri, we dedicate to Goddess Kalratri, the seventh-day avatar of Goddess Kalkatri and her name means the one who is the death of Kaal. Goddess Kalratri destroys the bullhead and brings light into the darkness. She rides on Donkey, and his hair has fraught hair and she has four hands which hold the cleaver and flambeau and the other two hands are in “giving” and “protecting”. She has three eyes and she wears the necklace which is shining like thunder. Goddess Kalratri teaches us that sorrow, pain death are compulsory and ignored because it is the truth of life.

Pooja Procedure

On the 7th day of Navratri, we worship of goddess Kalratri and we make prasad with using jaggery because this day we offered the Jaggery to goddess Kalrati. When we make prasad we do puja and lighting the jyot then sing Aarti. At the evening you can do same thing puja, lighting the jyot then you can break your fast.
