Navratri day 2- Goddess Brahmacharini Pooja Procedure 2016: The second day of Navratri festival form of Goddess Brahmacharini is excessively bright and queenly. Her name means is one who performs the Penances (tapa). She signifies the love and loyalty, wisdom, knowledge. She holds a garland in her right hand and in her left hand she holds a Kamanda. She wears a rudraksha. Goddess Brahmacharini born in Himalaya and she spent hundred of the year eating little things. After all, that she had much strength, a power that’s why her penances were so pure. Peoples do Goddess Brahmacharini worship to get emotional strength, mental balance and confidence in bad times.

Pooja Procedure

It is the same way of pooja procedure the main changes in all nine days that is prasad. Every day peoples make different prasad to offered the goddess. So on the 2nd day of Navratri, we make dishes with using sugar because this day peoples offered the sugar to the goddess Brahmacharini. Then they start puja and offered the prasad and the same process is done in the evening and in the last peoples break their fast.
